The Bill of Materials plugin allows you to configure a bill of materials (BOM) which can be applied for a pole model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable the Bill of Materials plugin, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the\u00c2\u00a0Bill of Materials<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0plugin from the\u00c2\u00a0Options > Manage Plugins<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0menu and select\u00c2\u00a0Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Yes<\/strong> to restart the application and apply your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To use the plugin, go to Tools>Bill of Materials>Configure BOM…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    1. The CU Item Mapping<\/strong> window appears. Click File > Select Catalog<\/strong> and choose a catalog from list being displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      2. Click File > Select CU Items List<\/strong> and navigate to the XLSX file that contains the list, click Open. CU means compatibility units.<\/p>\n\n\n

      3. From the Tools menu, select Bill of Materials > Create Bill of Materials Sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

      The informational pop-up displays when you click Create Bill of Materials Sheet before you have configured the BOM Tool.<\/p>\n\n\n
